    Cool in concept, in actuality I think it's dumb. Would you really have that ugly lens on your phone, even just for a short bit?

    Sure, why not? I think this is most useful when your phone is not in hand to get the full 360 degree aspect - otherwise, the person is going to be blocking one angle of the shot.

    I could see a lot of both fun and more practical uses to this.
