His rant is rather silly but if they are "tried and convicted," as he posits, it is not murder. He just volunteers to pull triggers.

Sounds like he is calling for them to be tried and executed for treason, not that he wants to murder them, just to be technically accurate. Although I don't think people are normally executed by being shot in the vagina. This guy might want to seek some professional help dealing with his problems with women.
