Congress to Investigate the BCS

    I predict 2 things:

    1. The investigation doesn't tell us anything we don't already know.

    2. Everyone will forget about this 2 months after the hearing.

    It's no secret that the BCS is anticompetitive. I doubt anything comes from it though.

    Steroids investigated.....Check.....Clemens investigated.....Check.....BCS investigated..Check.

    At this rate Congress will look into the disturbing trend of NFL players "makin it rain."

    I want to believe something will come out of it but at the same time I agree with posts that already say nothing will. I also agree with the other post, they don't have anything better or more important to worry about? :confused:

    It will forever be a travesty until they finally decide Ohio State is just not good.

    i guarantee that many of those representitives' constituents do indeed find this a "tax" worthy cause, and last time i checked it's those constituents who elected those representitives.

    I'd say that if congress was able to help force a college football playoff of at least 8 teams, it might be the most positive thing they had accomplished in decades.
