    Is there any doubt?

I see at least 14 regular season wins and possibly an undefeated season.

Kind of reminds me of the Rockets repeated attempts to get back to the big stage by acquiring big name after big name... even though I think Moss will thrive there, if you look at why they lost last year, it wasn't because of lack of offense.

Hell, their offense was the one actually winning the games for them. It was the constant injuries to the secondary (and defense overall) that hampered them. Also, the Colts were simply better when it mattered most.

I don't know if this will ever get old. Probably one of the all-time greatest NFL soundbites.

But their recievers dropped a ton of passes if you rememeber in the playoffs. Especially Caldwell. He was their #1 option and could rarely catch. Moss really gives Brady something he has never had before, a decent reciever. He has had nothing but #3 or 4 recievers his whole career.

Randy Moss will have a major season ending injury this year as his body won't be ready for him actually putting forth effort for the first time in years.

Is there a book where I can place that bet?

I know that... and I know it makes their offense even better.

But still, even with the dropped passes, they didn't lose because of a lack of offense. Moss will drop passes... Brady will still throw some interceptions... they still need the defense to play like it did during their hey-day if they want to win it all.

It's a shame that Moss will get rewarded for his pouting and lack of effort in Oakland. It get's traded to a good team and has a chance of winning some championships -- maybe even getting into the hall of fame (5 yrs ago he looked like a sure bet). If he would have put forth effort in Oakland they still would have lost.

I predict Moss will have a pro-bowl type season and we will once again see him in the highlight reels but his chances of being considered in the same debates as Jerry Rice are gone.

I have been a Viking fan for 30yrs --- for a while I was even a Moss apologist (he is so talented). Part of me still wants to see him succeed, but a bigger part hates the message it sends.

I would not crown them just yet. I think what happens when you introduce a new influx of players of different calibers, personalities, and minds you mess up team chemistry no matter how good the team, organization, coaches, or players are. I think the Patriots may flop this year, not have a losing season but not do as well as everybody expects either.

He sucked in Oakland and I do think he still is an elite receiver, WHEN, he wants to participate...It'll be interesting to see how he does...

Do I think they improved, sure...
