    I just leased my first apartment. 1st customer ever!!!!! Second day. Yay for me.:) ;)

    what's 5%? Oh, for houses? No, on this I got half of first months rent. 350.00 plus a 50 dollar gift certificate to somewhere.

    What?!?!?!?!?!?!!?

    I used to get the 1st month + 5% of the remainder of the lease in Atlanta doing Commercial (Class B office & 'professionial space' aka Doctors' offices) .

    Since APT,s rollover faster, that may be the going rate.

    yeah, apts are different. Gotta say, it's not a great job. Guess that's why not everyone does it.
