    Powerful video. Hopefully the kid did plead guilty...I'll look it up real quick.


    Edit: Says he initially did plead not guilty, but will change that plea to guilty on September 18.

    Drinking and driving is one of the dumbest things we do as people...right up there with smoking. I just don't understand the thought process behind it...

    I get what you're saying with this statement (i.e. - intentionally poisoning your body with something you know can and probably will kill you), but at least that action you could write off as self-determined. "It's my life, I'll end it if I want" etc.

    Drinking and driving is the opposite: "It's YOUR life, and I'll end it if I want".

    It's worse than stupid, it's downright villainous.

    How many years will he get?
