So, I go to get tickets to the June 27th INXS concert at the BackYard here in Austin, and I get routed to a ticket agency on the web. the Tickets are about $115 and up.......I do a bit more searching and go directly to the Backyards website and find out that the same tickets that are $115 are actually only $50 each.....

I get great seats directly from the backyard, but as I am ordering they are going fast.....

So, my question is, how does it work, do the Ticket agents all get on the interernet and start ordering right away? And then the concert sells out and they make a MASSIVE profit?

    Isn't this scalping?

When I was first looking for ACL tickets I somehow didn't hit their site the first time and got a copycat site that indicated the tickets were like $250. I'm pretty sure the $30 ACL hadn't even gone on sale yet.

btw ~ did you know that Scott Stapp was opening for INXS... I'd show up right before INXS hit the stage. ;)
