Lately when I try to shut down my pc, it sometimes gives me a message something like this: "Ending program 67C. Program is not responding". Everytime I have to click the 'end program' button so that the PC can finish the process to shut down.

I have no idea what the program 67C is. I know I have not installed a program with that name to my PC. And when I tried to search the harddrive of my PC for a program with that name, it found nothing.

Does anyone know what that program 67C is? I am worried it may be a virus or something.

Check to see if there are any strange processes running in the background.

    Could be spyware or adware.

copy the error message into google with parentheses around it and see if it comes back with something.

    its worth a shot...
