I'm looking into putting up a website for a small business. I don't need help making the page but I need help putting it on the net. I don't know anything about getting an address. I'd also need a business e-mail.

    Thanks in advance.

    Do your homework.
A lot of web hosting programs might look good at first, but many deals are usually like "the first four months" deals and after that it gets expensive.
Try to wade through the BS of each web host and read their fine print.

    By far my favorite:
    namecheap.com

Another one a lot of people love:
    hostgator.com

    Steps:
    1) Register for a domain name (can do so @ any hosting site).

    2) Register for hosting (again can be done @ any hosting site, doesn't even have to be the same place you bought domain name)

    3) Point domain @ hosting provider (I know @ namecheap you can ask customer service and they will tell you step by step how to)

    4) Once domain is pointed in the control panel you will need to "add domain" to the hosting, once that is done there will be an "add email" or some sort of button and you can add a business email from that (WHATEVER@yourdomain.com) and usually you can add as many as you need to.

    That's all you gotta do.
