I've got two things everyone should check out at RealGM: 1) My complete description of the picks changing hands for the 2001 draft is up. It is a little dated now due to things beyond our control, but is still accurate. When the playoff seedings are clinched or soon after, I'll have an updated one put up. NBATalk says they have the most accurate and complete list on the internet. I won't claim that my list is completely error-free, but NBATalk can't hold a candle to this. I can tell you additionally that the pick from Detroit can be any team's pick and that it is conveyed at Detroit's option (but due by '04). As far as I know, there are no protections. Just to give credit where the credit it due: my contribution to the draft sim is the pick-trading doc, with which I had plenty of help. The Draft Sim's list of draftees was made by a fellow RGMer and I had nothing to do with it.
