Just a reminder that Rudy will be on the radio from 7-8pm this evening on Sportsradio610 KILT, and he will be taking calls. Think you have the answers? Don't just sit here b****ing, call him up and offer your "wisdom" to the man himself.

I sure a lot of people will be calling and asking him what was up with the lack of offensive plays.

damn i wish i was in houston and able to call in for this one. i'd gladly ask him why we have not been able to execute a play that gives a person an open shot yet.

also, i'd ask what he is trying to do with eddie griffin offensively. does he even have a plan or is he just gonna try to let eddie figure out his game on his own?

i'd also ask if he has ever considered putting ming and cato on the floor together when cato is playing well (ahem, last night, ahem)?

i'd also ask if the 5 man offense incorporates getting the ball out of the point guards hands before the shot clock hits 13?

If you don't want to pay long distance (713-572-7767), you can email from out of town, and hope they read it.

Calling up and jumping on the coach after losing the first game of the season by 9 points on the road without key players isn't going to help anything. All Rudy will tell you is that he couldn't run the offensive plays because several important players were missing. I mean you're asking for a lot when you're playing 9 players, 3 of which were rookies, and 1 was a 2nd year player.

I'm not jumping on him - but I did have some questions. Let me know if they have any questions from Art Vandolet and what his answers were since I can't listen.

RT is not the singular blame for this defeat but quit hiding behind the depleted roster excuse. R.Miller, Tinsley, & Croshere > Rice, Taylor, & Thomas.

    Pacer starters-
    ERICK STRICKLAND - acquired 9/5/02
RON ARTEST - traded from Bulls on 2/19/02
    JERMAINE O'NEAL - 6th season / double ppg in 4th season
    AL HARRINGTON - 4th season - career 8.0 ppg
BRAD MILLER - traded from Bulls on 2/19/02

That's a real murderers row - and they've been playing together for such a long time!

And such a deep bench -

Ron Mercer - traded from Bulls on 2/19/02
    Jonathan Bender - 4th season / 5.2 ppg
    Jeff Foster - 4th season / 4.4 ppg
    Fred Jones - Rookie
    Primoz Brezec - 2nd year
    Jamison Brewer - 2nd year
