I'm starting up a company that will be primarily a fiduciary holding company. I submitted the names "Bellaire Trust" last week, but it was rejected. It had already been taken. So far I've come up with: Bellaire Guarantee Bellaire Surety Bellaire Guardian Any others y'all can come up with? I'm filing again today, so expediency is an issue. Thanks.
I had this problem about a year ago when trying to come up with a company name. Try going to the Secretary of State web site and you should be able to look up company names.
When all else fails create your own word (it worked for Slinky, Frisbee, Pentium, etc) As a basis, use powerful word fragments like 'Max' or 'Rex'. Don't use anything wussy, like 'Jim'.
So I guess Crimson Jim's Permanent Assurance is out huh? Why stick with somethig with Bellaire in it? get creative....West of Clutch City Surety.
Actually because of the business' address. 101 Bellaire Court Bellaire, Texas and I'm not following the humor on crimson permanent assurance.
Alright, we decided, for now, to go with "Bellaire Capital Resources". I'll let y'all know if it gets approved.
The Crimson Permanent Assurance was a short film tacked on to the beginning of Monty Python's The Meaning of Life... It detailed the story of the Crimson Permanent Assurance, which was a company that became mobile and went around taking over other companies by force....swashbuckling style...their building pulled up alongside other companie's buildings and boarded them.....the ultimate "hostile takeover"
