During this week, he actually randomized it 5 times and now he has the easiest schedule left. this is shady, right? I don't want to jump the gun but is there any way he accidentally did this? Doubt it. What would you guys do?
Changes mid season should never happen unless there is a unanimous vote from the whole league. Personally, I think rule changes should never happend mid season.
Your schedule is not set before the season? If not, then blame yourself for being in a league with this kind of setup.

That's uber shady. Especially if it's a pay league. I left a league because a commissioner changed the scoring system halfway through the year (to the benefit of his team, of course). Crap like that'll get your thumbs broken.
