Why do they think Seattle is a bigger story than the surging Rockets. I mean, come on, they act like we don't even exist.

"Seattle's win, coupled with Minnesota's 103-83 loss to Dallas, allowed the Sonics to gain some ground for the eighth and final playoff spot in the West."

HEL-LO, people! There is actually a team between Seattle and Minnesota. A team that is currently hotter and a lot more story-worthy than the Sonics.

The Sonics were expected to be in the playoffs. We weren't. No one, and I mean no one except some of us fans thought that we would even have a winning record much less be fighting for a playoff spot.

I'm not whining about respect or anything. I'm used to it. But to act like we're not even a factor in this race is just downright idiotic.

Figures, right around the time ESPN starts to give us some props CNN/SI has to go and pull this.
