Anyone know where I can find one?

I've only located one on the whole damned internet, and that place only has 2 [small] sizes.

I have to believe it's possible to get a pro-style, fitted Colt .45s cap...So I turn myself over to ClutchCity.

If you know where I can purchase, either in person or online, a fitted Colt .45s cap [the traditional game version], I would be much appreciative.

I bet Lids has them. Maybe they have a website?

Yeah, Lids.com was the first place I tried. Nothing.

I've also tried the NewEra website.

At the MLB site, they have fitted Colt .45s caps, but they only have them in 6 7/8", and 7". Unfortunately, I need a 7 1/8".

I'm going to try the Astros website now.

    LOL.

He said "in person" -- maybe he's planning a trip there sometime soon? Who knows.

I added the 1998 thing as a way of saying I can't vouch for if they still carry them or not. Reading it now, though, I can see how ridiculous it sounds. ;)

IMO this hat is much better than the Colt 45s.

Best place to get ANY cap is Ballcap.com. I always get my old school Orioles cap there with the medium cut and leather lining. Best cap you will ever own.

I have a fitted Colt 45's hat i bought it from Lids in the Galleria....it's all Black with an all white big logo on the front and a mini logo on the back. It's made my New Era....

I can put a pic of it when i get home so you can see what it's like...they had a few different styles.

I bought this version a couple years ago and now the new one i have is the one with the actual gun like the links below.

This site has some funky versions of it.
