    Anyone have a brand they would recommend, preferrably one available at GNC? I've tried Oxy Powder before, and it worked. Just looking for one I can pick up at GNC, since I can get 20% off today with my card.

    Just take a few spoonfuls of mineral oil from any pharmacy, and your colon will be cleansed. Safe, natural, and cheap to boot.

    Before you write me off as a conspiracy theorist, try this experiment: Take a glass and fill it 1/4 full of water. Add several tablespoons of Metameucil powder, or several of their capsules. Stir and let sit for a day or two. The mixture will settle, then gradually begin to form into a gel, which takes the shape of the glass.

    You know what's coming next. Check your favorite colon cleanse product's list of ingredients. More likely than not, one of the first on the list will be some form of psyllium husk, which is, you guessed it, the main component of Metameucil, and many other fiber supplements.

    It was a quote from another site. The point is, extremely high fiber preparations make your poop look funny because of the fiber not because your colon is poisoned.

    Let that poison out of your system Azadre.



    But still not sure what you mean, fiber keep contents in the intestine moving. Thus you have less crap backup up in you. I don't know what you mean by poison exaclty, but it certainly helps remove waste.
