If at all possible please call, write or go to the local Cox Cable office and tell them that you would like for them to carry Rockets games this next season. Last season we got to see too few games.

    TIA

I heard you guys don't get UPN 20 in CS. Cox should put all UPN 20 games on the preview channel. Here in Austin, Time Warner televises all Astros TV 51 games not picked up for local broadcast.

They show Astros games on the preview channel. What pissed me off is when on the tv guide channel, it would say there was a rocket's game on Fox SSW, they would either show "You Gotta See This" or a Dallas stars game. Total bull sh**. We're like barely two hours away from houston and they make us watch dallas stuff.

yeah, i would get all excited seeing that the game was on, on the preview channel, and then id get ready for it, and low and behold, my night was ruined. i actually called once (for an astros game), and i couldn't believe it when they said they would put it on. i told them they needed to show more, but after that one game i didnt really see an increase. i decided this year im going to have to get that channel (i forgot what its called) that you pay for to see tons of basketball games. im a die hard fan, and i definitely dont want to miss out on the games. because i couldnt watch the games, i spent a lot of my time during the games in the chat room on this site. now that we have yao, nachbar, and tito, and with mo coming back, steve hopefully semi-cured of his headaches, and eddie with a year under his belt (and hopefully bulked up ready to play down low), we can make a run to reclaim the position that is rightfully ours.

NBA League Pass. I'm on campus and I can't afford it anyway. But I'm gonna try and call this year if they aren't showing a game and see what happens.

yeah, i cant really afford it either since i have family help paying for all of my stuff, but im willing to sacrifice something for it, i may split the price with a friend if possible so he can come over and watch. of course if thats the case since ill have it at my place id probably play about 75% but oh well, if he backs out id be willing to pay 100%, it was hell not being able to watch the rox, and i dont think i can go through it again.

If I would have known that all you guys were in College Station, I would have invited you over for all the games, I have league pass. I live on the southside off Southwest Pkwy. But I am transferring to UH and moving in August. Do they ever show them at Fox and Hound?

My advice is to just leave while you can.

I live in CS, and get tried of Fox Spots having "You Gotta See This!" or Dallas Star games coming on. How much does a NBA league pass cost?

League Pass - Directv - 179 for the season
    ATT Cable - 159, I think...from this last season.

I live in Dallas, and I have ATT Cable, but can't afford that yet. In dallas, they just show the Stars and Mavericks crap. The only Rockets games they would show is when they play the Mavericks. There really isn't any other way, unless they show the games at the bars. Does anyone know of any bars or restaurants that show all NBA games in Dallas?
