Wouldn't say it screws up the rest of the SEC, just probably knocks off Florida, there is still Georgia and LSU, Alabama.
Naw, with the level of talent in the SEC, a one-loss team from there has a great chance to go to the NC game. What would really screw the SEC up is if they started beating each other up in a round robin fashion.
The media needs to stop falling in love with Sam Mcguffie's hurldling. Its starting to get old, and Mcguffie himself said that he is too. Lets focus on the fact that he's the real deal-and he's white! Too bad their offensive line suXXX.
Is this upset Saturday, I think there are more upsets this week than there are expected wins. Kind of glad Texas Tech doesn't play this week afterall. Could move up to #7 or something like that.
Gators deserved to lose that one after some crucial unforced errors. We still have a chance to go to the BCS but will need to run the table and get some help (Georgia losing 2 games comes to mind).
What a crap way to lose the game for Wisconsin, down 8 drive down the field to score, get the 2 point but a penalty cost them the game.
i am so pissed. they gave the game away. they got too conservative. wasn't playing to win in the 2nd half. totally relaxed and thought it was an easy win. of course the stupid penalty for the 2 point conversation cost them too. i went to both schools but i am a Badger fan. my old roommates at Michigan are bragging now.
Well, I was off by a week, but Georgia is getting lit up. For whatever reason, if you thoroughly watched them play, you could just tell that they don't have the kind of offense to score the necessary points against elite opponents. Part of it's on Stafford, who has incredible arm strength but is very mechanical and doesn't have a great feel for the game. Part of it's on the receivers, who lack a gamebreaker. But a big part of it is on Richt -- it's a very, very boring gameplan that lacks creativity and lacks much of anything at the intermediate level. On the other hand, Alabama looks incredible. They're dominating both lines of scrimmages, on the road against a Georgia team that's known for its line play. Nick Saban is just incredible. Honestly, I'd vote Alabama No. 2 tomorrow. Yes, I know they'd be jumping my team (Missouri) to do that, but at this point, they deserve it -- they've been that good.
