He would definitely haft to bulk up, u can't be a center in the nba weighing 230. Besides that the dude is talented.

Zeller is the guy the Rockets need to target since the Rockets will be drafting in the high teens to the mid-20s in the next draft. With the addition of Dalembert we should make the playoffs, but getting to the second round is a stretch. Although the Rockets are and will continue to be a "mediocreball" team, we will be in the higher echelons of the middle of the pack rather than the lower.

I really like the youth of our team anchored by the veterans (Scola, Dalembert and Martin). Unfortunately, I don't foresee a superstar in our future through the draft, a trade or free agency.

If Zeller keeps playing well and improving, he won't last that long.

If so, I hope we can package our two +/- 20th picks to acquire a Zeller or better player. Chances are, however, Morey will find us another small PF.

We can't have two +/- 20th picks in the draft. If we make the playoffs, we keep our lotto pick. Otherwise, it goes to the Nets from the Terrence Williams trade.

And what do you like about Zeller? I see a poor man's Spencer Hawes.

Can you imagine how good Yao would have been if he could handle a pass that well. If he bulks up without losing those handles he can be pretty good.

Got it backwards. If Rockets make the playoffs, pick goes to Nets. If Rockets miss playoffs, they keep pick.

On top of that they will almost assuredly keep the Knicks pick which will be in the high 20's.
