Pretty funny how they spent two minutes max, and used that as a segway to talk about Cassell to the Celtics.

    Give me a break.

They said that the Rockets were #4 in taking care of the ball. I'm assuming that they are #4 in the turnover department. Pretty good, compared to the last couple years.

Recap, They said that the Rockets were playing extremly well becasue they are not turning the ball over and are great as a team in rebounding and scoring alot of points as of late. Stuff that we know already.

Hmmm ... not sure what turnover stat they are referring to. Rockets are 12th in limiting turnovers per game, but only 17th in limiting turnovers per possession (the more important stat). And if they are referring to just what the Rockets have done during the win streak, we've only been 16th in turnovers per game, and 19th in turnovers per possession in that span (since 1/29).

I suppose they might have just made it up. Not the first time these tv experts would have done that.

Yeah, but they babbled on incessantly about the Cavs, Lakers, and Celtics.

Biggest thing I got out of the show was that Nowitzki might get a 1-game suspension for his flagrant foul against Klenko. If that's true, we might be playing against a Dirkless Dallas.

    Its easy isn't it?

The bottom line: most of them are bandwagoners and don't really follow for anything outside of their interest. So of course they will make things up on the go. Example: just before the Denver game everyone thought they would lose and the game would show the Rockets' weakness without Yao Ming.
The next day: we win, and gues what? Everyone suddenly changes their mind and start complimenting the fine team work the Rocket displayed and yada yada.

Like I said, those who truly follow us correctly would bring up the fact that we finished strong last year without Yao. But because everyone is too preoccupied with the Lakers and Celtics of the world, its easy for everyone to critcize us without thinking and checking everything beforehand

    Let them stay quiet.

Need to Keep Landry a secret for as long as possible. He's a bad mofo.

I thought it was nice that they compared the Rockets to the Spurs and didn't just say the win streak was because of so and so playing out of his mind of anything like that. The things they mentioned were not those of a fluke but those of a team that was confident, solid and focused.

i love the underdog role esp. if we upset someone in the first round that will wake some people up... as far as Steven A. is concerned i think he is too busy licking kobe and shaq's a** and all the other big stars in the NBA to even follow the rockets just a little. somebody needs to tell him to just calm down :D :D

Were they serious about Dirk being suspended? That would help... a lot.

Can Dirk appeal the suspension, and put it off until after our game? I would think if that's an option, he's going to take it. They know how big that game is, and Mav fans are looking at that game as the catalyst to a big win streak.
