If the Rockets win the championship (unlikely I know) but Adams would be Finals MVP. He's really been that important.

I think so many good centers were washed away thanks to teams just getting it in their mind that you NEED him to be able to shoot. So many traditional centers were thrown aside because of this and I feel Adams is someone who has been underrated because he can't switch out on a guard and can't shoot.

He gets rebounds and he patrols the paint. That's always been good enough to win rings. Warriors were an anomaly and even then their best teams had traditional centers that they could go to when they needed like Zaza.

I think this is the year where we will see teams realizing the value of a traditional paint owning big. The best teams have them, Cavs and OKC both have them.

The way the media keep praising Adams. It's likely we won't be able to retain Adams for less than 25m per year.

Adams really carried us. It's a bit concerning, no doubt, that Jalen, Amen, and Alperen have really struggled with their shooting in this series, while the vets have had to shoulder the load. But just get us one more win. That's all we need.

The Timberwolves could bring out a better version of our young guys.

This is how it goes for playoff debutantes. Even the players you guys claim to love had to learn and be humbled.
    Durant 25pts on 21FGAs, 35% on 2s, 29% threes.
    Lost in 6

Fantastic analysis, thanks for sharing @Shaq2Yao !

    A couple of observations...

    - Brilliant defensive game plan with hybrid defense approach. GS will have watched the film and look to take advantages of their missed opportunities. We'll have to be even better tonight.

    - Isn't ironic that one of the key pieces (Adams) in the original Harden trade with OKC and the other trade with OKC (Sengun) have created a dynamic big defensive duo to enable this approach. Stone and Ime deserve to pop champagne tonight if we get through RD1.

    - With FVV, Amen, Tari, Dillion, Bari, and JG this amorphic defense works, but we can't afford mental mistakes. Can't wait for tonight's game.
