Well, at least one does. Today at work a member of the Rockets staff came into my branch. I made the usual conversation, but then I brought up some things that people talked about on the board. I told him it seems like Tracy's waiting for a diagnosis that says he's too hurt to play. He went on to say that Tracy's making it seem like the doctor doesn't know how to do his job and keeps looking for opinions. Continuing with if the doctor says youre ok to play then play. Seemed like he is pretty frustrated with the situation. If he feels that way, then management must be working extra hard to resolve the situation.

Anyways I wish him luck tonight, and sadly he said " yeah, we need it" :(

He has always been a straight up guy and really nice person to talk to. Whenever I seen him at games he has always gone out of his way to come by and say hi to me and the conversations we've had about the team he has been very honest about and never gave me the "company line"

i am sure the whole team not just the coaches are upset over whats going on

No one is a hater, people are just tired of his schtick.

Look, if we take him at his word...and lord, why would we ever do that, he says the knee is the same as last year.

Well, he played with it last year....so why is he not playing with it this year?

Also, he played a lot better with it last year than this year.....

Tmac needs to sit down, or man up....

There can be multiple tumors Flash.

    :D

Don't know if that's true or not, but I've edited the name out of the original post. You guys have to realize lots of the people who work for the Rockets, coach for the Rockets and play for the Rockets read this board. Got to be careful outing who told you that (again, if true... if not true, it's even worse) -- could cause problems.

all i meant was that not everything negative said about tmac is hating. most of it is true, and people think its hating because they cant imagine that he is really so negligent of his career and individual play.

Yeah. Either sit until you're healthy or grit your teeth and bear it. But don't try to split the difference and go back and forth between the two.

I couldn't agree more. Athletes have to have a tolerance for pain. D-Wade did...

Oops sorry about that Clutch, thanks for editing it out. But its definitely true, he's a regular at my work.

I'm definitely not a Tracy hater, the guy use to be my favorite player but Its just obvious this behavior is taking a toll on the team. And when it comes down to it I bleed Rockets red not Mcgrady red.

This ones straight from the source, not a brother who knows a friend that works at the wife of the doctor that works at the same hospital of the doctor that diagnosed Tracy.

It doesn't look that way to me. But, it does seem that management agrees with the haters.

Look, let's just face it - T-Mac is waiting for that golden diagnosis of knee damage so he doesn't have to play anymore. It's so obvious.

Bottom line is we all have feelings. When you are at it 24/7 and someone integral to the concept isn't giving peanuts about it then you get fed up with that person.

Fans have been tired with mac for a long time now but god knows what those key people (management and team), who are giving it their 100% to make it work, have been through.

Now I'm clear as to why mac said he might not play at all this season. He is trying his best to be untradeable. Hence all this drama and excuses. Seems he got what he wanted. You got to admire his professionalism! But u dont look up at the sky n spit.
