http://users2.ev1.net/~chkemp/ccnet/cmleague/ Latest update include reserves with the reserve team stats, finances and "last match". One more game played since the last match so it is not really the last match. What I'm trying to do with the updates is to update the textfiles (Squad & Stats and Division 3: Standings & Stats) for every session, if not for every round. Also the finances once every month. I will also try to give some other updates too, and instead of giving the same for everybody it is possible to give your preference of what you want most for the next update(s). Also for those with the game or demo - you could request others screens if you think they will be better. Have also added "Conference: Standings & Stats" for those of you with a transfer fund, so you could see the best players in the league just below us. Also for those without a fund - it is still possible to get in players on loan, so if you have a position you need filled, talk with me in the chat and we could search the listed for loan list to see if we find a player or two. Or you could also pick up a free transfer. Any questions at all, do not hesititate to ask.
http://users2.ev1.net/~chkemp/ccnet/cmleague/ Updated physical attributes for Torquay. And I guess I could start adding more players to those of you that has only gotten attributes for 11 players. List your top 3 choices.
http://users2.ev1.net/~chkemp/ccnet/cmleague/ I have updated Carlisle and Mansfield selection info as they had the oldest ones (and now the newest). As I said to SF3 yesterday in the chat (about the interest in Howie) all need to be sure that their players are under contract for next year (contract ending in 03) to be sure that they will not sign for a new team soon. Players that have contracts ending in 02 can sign for new teams 6 months before their contract end, and if they do you will not get compensated for them leaving. As most contracts end in June it means players can start to agree to new teams from the same date in desember. Current date is 24.11.01, so players can be 6 months from ending their contract in just over one round. So everybody check their your players contracts. SF3 decided to try and get something for Howie while he could, and upped his value to 400k hoping to sell him (start negotiating) for around 500k if an offer come in soon. About the update, there is a difference in the update from Carlisle and Mansfield as the Carlisle one shows both first team and reserve team players (the way we have been doing so far), while Mansfield only shows current first teamers (and reserve players that are currently playing). Btw, I have my backup first team goalie to play in the reserves - so he can get to play, he is not needed that much in the first team (hasnt played yet) so he can cope with playing for both teams. Also if you have big first team squads with players you never use, you should consider sending them down to the reserve team so they can show their abilities. But most importantly - do contracts if they run out in 02 - for better players you should even consider renewing contracts that end in 03, as you can redo a players contract at any time - does not have to be a 'contract' year. When you see a player being unhappy (Unh) in the screenshots - ask me about it in the chat - it might be because they want a new contract or other stuff you could do something with.
Updated textfiles, and as we now is in desember I will make some other updates tomorrow. But I can give out a little sneek preview about your november finances: <Heath> Torquay: -113k <Heath> Carlisle: +20k <Heath> Swansea: -6k <Heath> Mansfield: +70k <Heath> Halifax: -23k <Heath> Hull: +8k <Heath> Plymouth: +97k <Heath> Bristol: -18k <Heath> Cheltenham: +12k relative good numbers you might say, but it could be because of the cup. Torquays number is anything but good, but luckily they have some cahs yet to live on... but only for a couple more months at this rate: 239k I made 70k, mostly becasue birmingham snatched my scout and I got 60k in compensation, not enough to get out of red though, as I am still 78k below.

http://users2.ev1.net/~chkemp/ccnet/cmleague/ Updated the textfiles and "last match" screenshots for all.
Happy New Year - we hit 2002 in the CM League - updated finances and added Luton. Hint - do take care of your contracts that run out in 2002 - as players can start negotiate with any team 6 months BEFORE their contract runs out - your players are in jeopardy to sign with another club soon if you do not show any interest to sign them.

http://users2.ev1.net/~chkemp/ccnet/cmleague/ Swansea - Bristol Rovers Final 1-0 It is all over Swansea City win the Third Division. Swansea City supporters are singing David Vauthrin's name as their team clinched the title. In other news - Halifax manager Loren Boville sacked. I will start a round in the chat now, so join fast so you can get your game. Textfiles updated for all.
http://users2.ev1.net/~chkemp/ccnet/cmleague/ The final round of the season was done yesterday, and textfiles updated. The top 3 and already promoted is: 1. Swansea 2. Bristol Rovers 3. Lincoln The next 4 is in the playoffs for the last promotion spot 4. Mansfield 5. Oxford 6. Hull 7. Rochdale Just out of it 8. Luton 9. Darlington 10. Torquay 11. Cheltenham 12. Carlisle 13. Macclesfield Hull only need one of Rochdale or Darlington to fail to get in, both of them lost and Hull took advantage and won their game easy to get into the playoffs. That meant exit Darlington. Rochdale still was likely to make it, as Torquay needed to win their game with 4 goals margin to pass them. Torquay ended up losing away to Scunthorpe and the playoff were set. Luton had an ouside chance of getting in, but that required Darlington losing and Hull not winning, so winning their last game only got them 8th position in the league. I t was not a pointless win, as the top 9 teams were awarded price money depending on their position. 1. Swansea__ £240k 2. Bristol R.__ £230k 3. Lincoln____ £220k 4. Mansfield__ £210k 5. Oxford____ £200k 6. Hull______ £190k 7. Rochdale__ £180k 8. Luton_____ £170k 9. Darlington_ £160k
In two incredible hard fought battles, Hull and Mansfield got through to the Final, both after being down on aggregate just before the end. Hull even went to extra time to win it. Mansfield will play Hull in one game at Millenium Stadium, Cardiff (Neutral) to decide who gets the last promotion spot.
