The defense is where we lost it. Terrible coaching by McHale leaving lin on Anderson after Anderson was abusing him. Coach needs to make the adjustments once that is happening.

Hawes was taking Howard to the perimeter and stretching him. That's when you need a guy like Casspi who can do a better job closing out.

How the heck is Bev a D specialist when his assignment scores a Triple double?

No Harden we lose to the Sixers. There's your answer. This was a Lin led team and here we sit.

Why can't the Rockets close out teams? How did they lose this one?

Mchale should have given the ball to Lin to end the game not Pumpfake Parsons.

Lin is the only player that can shoot but completely disappears in the OT.

Mchale stayed with Casspi too long when Thadeus was out there int eh 4th. If Jones was in longer they would have won.

Seriously, how can every team's 3pt shooting go up exponentially when the Rockets come in to town?

I was optimistic before with the new season, now I'm worried. Rockets should have easily beat this team even without Harden. I don't care how well they play other teams.

Parsons and Lin have the worst TO at the most inopportune times! it's baffling.

With Garcia struggling, Brewer needed to take his spot to offer important defense on Anderson. Anderson getting that many points was a killer. McHale seems to just go brain dead out there sometimes. Its good that Jones is now playing, but with Harden out and Asik not playing much tonight, expand the damn rotation.

Why doesn't Howard throw the ball back out when he's double teamed. Even Lebron does that.

DEFENSE! When Howard contests, someone needs to get inside and box out the opposing big. These little things are the difference from completing a stop.

Not to argue in favor of the TT, but the main focus when talking against it was the offense...regardless of what line-up, the defense stinks either way. Our rim protection was really good when you see the blocks stat, but every other aspect of our defense is flawed.

So many brain fades, coaching staff included. Running Parsons off of a screen for a jump shot when he has a horrible back and has been shooting like trash? He needs to pay a visit to Lin's shooting coach.

Casspi needed a run in the overtime, not sure how riding Parsons helped the team or his back.

It is time to bite the bullet and move Asik for Ryan Anderson. Jones solidified for me that he is ready to at least be a back up at the 4. Let Smith and Dmo fight it out for the back up 5 spot. As like tonight, Jones could spend some time at the 5 against certain line-ups.

Then Brewer needs to be in the rotation. This can improve the perimeter defense and have a defensive presence.

I say do this now because it is important we get a set roster and let it develop together. Ditching TT and playing Asik 4 minutes tonight, there is no chance he will be happy.

I prefer to have Lin and Beverly and settle for Anderson over trying to go after Bosh, Love, Aldridge etc.

Psh. Anderson torched Lin, Lin torched Anderson. Pretty much negate each other.

No excuses for missed free throws, and suddenly we're one of the worst teams at shooting threes.

McHale is running this team into the ground with his rotation minutes. There is no way in hell the starters should be playing so many minutes this early into the season.

McFail has ZERO ability to draw a play. Come crunch time we always get outcoached and beaten because of a lack of plays.

What was that by Parsons towards the end of the game and then again by Garcia? Pathetic

Get a real coach in there
