Bounce back game for T-mac, goes for 40.

Sorry, I'll have more hope when Deke is back. But right now our interior defense is as soft as tissue paper.

    Nuggets 95
    Rockets 81

And JVG better get something designed to compensate for TMac getting doubled because it's going to happen as long as Yao is out.

Nuggets in a blowout, we can't match up with them at all at any position except the SF one, and even then they will just do what Toronoto did to McGrady: force him to stop dribbling and into passing the ball instead, leaving a Rocket or two wide-open for jumpers they will most likely not capitalize on.

    my concern is:

TMAC continue to play 44 mins per game and he can not be 100% at all when YAO gets back. we even can not make another run!

all-star game puts curse on this team

Well last nights game was the WORST game I've ever been to in my life. I kind of expected that when yao was out :( , but didn't expect TMAC to only score 7pts because of a constant double/triple team every time he got the freakin ball!

I've got some pics that I'll load later. Only good ones are the PD. :p

exacly. he shouldn't be playing those kind of minutes even if there is no one else to put in but graham. he and yao are out future and we should not burn him out.

of course if you talk about limiting his minutes or resting him then all of the hopefulls here will call you a tanker and want you banned.

i don't want to tank the season, but i don't want tmac getting tripple teamed every night while he is trying to score 30 points and get a tripple double just to keep the game close. he will wear down.

Double and triple team TMac is going to be the strategy going forward for every team we face without Yao. Someone else is going to have to step their game up and take the shots without hesitation. We need to do a much better job of getting the ball to the open guy in a quicker fashion when TMac is drawing the coverage. We need to do a better job of rotating the ball to the open man and he has to take the shot. Unfortunately, we've got a bunch of average joes for the most part who can't make an in-game jump shot. The only person who seems to take the shot without hesitation besides TMac and JHo is Rybo and we all know the 100% result of those shots(that sh*t needs to stop). The rest of these guys are hesitant to shoot cause they know they suck and their looking for the other guy. How's that for insightful commentary? lol

I still have faith in this team but people need to look in the mirror and step up their game. Teams are not going to lay down and let TMac beat them. If this is truly the one-man team right now, then we are in for a world of hurt for weeks to come. But, I have to think we would bounce back from that tragic Toronto game. TMac has to find a way to get to the basket and get his shots in regardless of the coverage.

I hope we come out with the intention of competing better against the Nuggets.

    79 - 78 Rockets

The games before Yao is back are true tests for the entire team and also for T-Mac. I just hope they can hang in there tough enough. Otherwise, a healthy Yao won't make much difference either.

I'd love to get a win, but will totally understand if we lose by 25. At this rate, JVG and Ewing will have to suit up for the Rockets if they want to put 5 players on the court.

Or is Cynthia Cooper still available? We can definitely use her outside shooting touch to relieve some pressure from Tracy.
