A good early test. Mavs will still be out to prove that the loss to the Hawks was a fluke.

Personally I believe Yao will be key in this one because Avery likes to double and trap on the perimeter to force the ball out of McGrady's hands. Adelman needs to cut down the high post stuff in this game IMO, feed it to Yao in the low post early and often, and let him own Diop, like he did in November last year.

Dallas can't hang with us at all this year. We'll be winning by a lot, then get lazy, and dallas will make it close at the end.

Tough game. Mavs aren't much easier even with Mike James and Bonzi and Scola. Yao's the key to this game and Adelman needs to keep him in the low post all night the Mavs centers are a joke compared to Yao.

T-Mac will get doubled all night so the team's gotta step in.

Luis Scola will frustrate the f*ck out of Dirk.

It seems that the defense is still there and Yao will get more and more comfortable in the new offense.
    So I predict a big win n°2 (after Utah) : 102-94 Rockets.
    N°3 is wainting on tuesday.

yeah. a good dose of yao early in the post is what i'd do. Get diop in foul trouble early.

This will be another great test. Rockets handled the tough and physical team in the jazz well, now it will be a time to see how they do against the more offensive powerhouse teams.

When i played out this scenario in my NBA live, Rockets beat the leaving crap out of Dallas, but that might have been because I was playing against a novice, but a win is still a win, Right On.

<<<Anyways, If Rockets win this game, then the would be making a statement, although i don't know how loud a statement especially when atlanta Hawks beat Dallas too. But beating a full Dllas squad in enemy territory will let people know that the Rockets are for real, if they lose, then we are back to last year's squad
