The Magic are red hot and have a one-game winning streak. Seriously though, they just beat the Cavs in Cleveland, which is no small accomplishment. The prior game, they gave the T-Wolves all they could handle before faltering in the 4th quarter. I think the Rockets will see a much better offensive effort from the Magic this time and they'll probably be more prepared not to get dominated on the glass again by Steven Adams. Considering what happened last night, I expect the Rockets to come out stronger in the 1st quarter, especially on defense. This should represent a bounce-back game even though they beat the Sixers. If they bring an A-grade effort, this will be a win. Curious to see if Jabari can follow a great game with a good one instead of a dud. I'm also curious to see if the Magic's offense is really as dysfunctional as we saw last week. I understand they lack talent on that end, but with Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner, better things should happen for them.
Hopefully the Rockets keep the streak going. They've really struggled on the road since late January.
It's gonna be tough on the road, I admit. The Rockets need to key in on defense, rebounding and passing the ball. Udoka has to get them ready with a solid game plan. It will be down to the players to remove their mistakes. FVV and Sengun must bounce back strongly.
