Jalen had some good games sprinkled in during his early slump…showed flashes of greatness. I haven’t seen anything special from Jabari yet which is worrying.

Lol Jalen at his worst scored in double figures or at least 7 to 9 points.

Calling Jabari a “bust” is a bit knee jerk. Im hoping he gets it goin soon. If he’s still playing like this post all star break then I’d have some concern.

If he showed any indication of being an elite defender and 3 point shooter then we wouldn't be complaining. Dude looks lost out there and Silas does nothing to put him in positions to succeed

I couldn't understand it... All summer I was wondering how is Jabari #1.

Banchero just had all the tools. Meanwhile Auburn didn't play through Jabari, he would bail them out by just shooting over people when their pnr got stagnant.

I’m actually convinced Jabari can’t thrive as a catch and shoot 3&D specialist because he needs the ball more in volume to get into rhythm. The offense ran thru him at Auburn. He touched the ball almost every possession down the court in college. He’s out of his comfort zone. Gone take him until next season to figure it out. Don’t look for a JG like 2nd half of the year from him.

Drafting Paolo was not an option for us. You guys need to let spilled milk go.

Jabari is going to have to put on weight and keep pounding fundamentals to be the player he wants to be.

" Because 1 guy is NBA ready at 19 means everybody else who will ever be good will be NBA ready by 19 " is so flawed it's nearly perfect.

The people that wanted him no1 are the same people that are consistently wrong, every single year. It's remarkable how consistently bad certain people are at making predictions.

Nearly every player that gets drafted/undrafted have the ball in their hands in college. Scotty Pippen Jr had the ball in his hands in college as a quick example. You come into the NBA and you have to adjust. Playing through Jabari isn't ideal especially when he travels half the time he gets the ball. Unless you're Jokic with ridiculous vision or Giannis, you don't play through a big man. It's why Anthony Davis is struggling with the Lakers. He can't put the ball on the floor and doesn't trust his ability to create for himself.

I would not worry but hard to see Silas or another coach run plays for somebody who has troubles scoring in the NBA at the next level, Idc if he is a college superstar.
