rockets win...finally. oh yeah...its the heat....hmmmm.... I forsee them shooting themselves in the foot all game long. and some how we squeek out with an ugly win.
Yay, maybe single coverage for Yao. Might have a remote chance to win... If we can shoot better than 40%....
I need a break already. I'm not watching this one, I don't need any more pain. And one thing you can absolutely count on, more pain. Heat by 20-30 or worse.
its amazing how much different of a team we are without mcgrady in the lineup, add to that the fact that we never seem to play well in florida: rockets:82 heat: 97
If you think Yao played bad last two games, then wait for this one. Yao has always had trouble with physical/dirty players, and AM is one of those players. Yao will be intimidated this game, shoot below 50% with less than 15pts, <8rbs. A "trade Yao" thread will be started in the middle of this game. Prediction: we loss by 12
want to say it's going to be a win but i'm not so confident. and i hate to predict a loss, so i'll just shut up.
I second that, not necessary scoring wise. But without TMac, if we want to win, we have to win ugly. We just can't exchange offense with them. An ugly win, here we go!
No one can match up Wade, and Yao loses his confidence. A blow-out loss to Rockets. OR Yao will himself out of the slump and single-handely lead Rockets to a 1 point win.
Only thing different than the last two games is instead of getting beat by 2-7 points by mediocre teams is that we get killed by a squad with a lot of good players. Miami will pack the lane and swarm Yao and dare us to make our outside shot, we will shoot air balls and clang the rim and lose our 3rd game in a row.
We may be able to sneak out an ugly win but only because Miami seems to be having adjustment issues right now also. Do they have any shimpy point guards to kill us with driving tear drops? Either way I'm not worried, I would like it more if we got off to a great start right out of the gate, but this team is going to get better and the extra touches Yao is getting now will pay off in the long run. But I think this is going to be a long road trip we may lose all five considering the only team ripe to be beaten will catch us on the second night of a back to back.
