    Rockets by 20

    Yao does a clutch of blatent travels, three second violations and on several occasions steamrollers stationary opponents.

    Doesnt get called for a single foul.

    Rockets will win this one in a close contested game.

    As it stands the Rockets are 7-3 in our last 10 games and Memphis is 8-2 in their last 10 games.

    It's gonna be a battle ladies and gentlemen.

    Memphis has been playing much better, the Rockets are a better defensive team so hopefully they show that. This is a big game because the Rockets need to start putting more space between themselves and the teams around them. Move up to the 6th seed so that we won't have to keep looking over our backs.

    memphis is playing really well right now and Gasol has our number.

    Everytime I start thinking positively about the rocks, they lose to some scrubs.

    We lose by 10.

    The Rockets are leading everyone in the Southwest Division with a 6-2 division record...

    they are playing the Western Conference extremely better at 13-9

    we will improve our road record to 8-9, on our way to a 10 game streak...


    we finish January 27-19

    Extremely tough game, but I expect Yao to put up big numbers. I think Gasol is a Center that Yao matches up well against.

    If Rockets win again this game, I would be very impressed. Hope this team is not the same as last year's team... losing 3 games after winning 3 games.

    Yao always struggles against athletic teams. I expect him to either explode on offense or get fouled out by ref.

    I really hope candycane didn't forget about me. We were supposed to go to this game, she works at the FedEx Forum doing and internship and was supposed to have tickets but i guess I will understand if she didn't get them or wants to take somebody else....NOT!

    I dont remember Yao has ever had 3 game scoring slump. I dont remeber that Rockets has had 5 game win streak for a while.

    They are very quick and Posey is a good defensive player capable of limiting Tracy (whatever "limiting" means, Tmac will get his against whoever he wants). Jayson Williams is fast as hell and Sura will have a hard time catching up with him. If he doesn't play out of control like last game, I would like to see Barrett getting more minutes today.

    I think Yao has a big game tonight, a really big game. It doesnt seem to point to it because Memphis plays fast and Lorenzen Wright is one of those smaller quicker centers that give Yao fits, but I have a feeling Yao breaks out tonight.
