If people didn't have much expectation for Jalen, it would not be that way.

 

All star effort by the refs tonight. They were ****ing atrocious. They were "We need the clippers to win and were not hiding it" atrocious. Atleast hide it better. Rockets should've picked up a few techs during the game or udoka bc this **** was trash.

 

Bari locked up about anyone he was on tonight and hit two big shots that gave us a good shot at winning this game.

Like he could have played better offensively for sure but this loss is nowhere close to being on him tonight.

 

You’re right but we have to many guys ******** the bed consistently for me to be ok with it.

 

Shot same FG %, same number of rebounds, but they shot 10 more FT...28 fouls to 19....told you they'd keep it at 2 to 1...almost did. It's a shame that you have to put up with this dodo....super star calls all over the place while we couldn't get a call just short of murder. Pathetic that the NBA has become this. No...IMO Jalen or any other player didn't lose the game. I was wrong...thought we'd still win the game..in spite of the thievery in the officiating.

 

Refs gonna have us all stressed on this road trip.. Clippers were just the beginning..

 

He's not exactly forcing any shots, just playing defense and picking up some scraps

 

we really need a big man when sengun needs to take a breather. Lockdale is near useless.

 

What’s udoka telling the guys tonight? I think that 18 day break they had really got the guys too relaxed.

 

One thing is for sure: This is NOT the same team we've had to endure for the last 3 years.

 

We went from 4th place to 6th place. Good to lose early and learn, but the Lakers game will determine how good we are.

Clippers got it going because they started feeding Zubac.

 

Yeah I don't know if I can take this.

Clippers, Lakers, THEN the Warriors.

 

Difficult to play good offense when you can get bearhugged and karate chopped with no calls... meanwhile they can launch themselves into screens 2006 Dwyane Wade style and get a shooting foul. This officiating crew needs to be blacklisted.

 

honestly I would rather have a g league center over suckdale.

 

Everyone chill, this game proved that the Rockets defensive identity is real and they are going to be at least 9th seed in the West.

 

Mind you he had two plays one with 1:07 or so and another at 50+ or so seconds young guys gonna make mistakes especially ones that haven’t had real coaching until this year. I’m sure it gets corrected

This. It was definitely a one-sided game officiating-wise, but the Rockets have to play better basketball than they did tonight. Too many mistakes across the board. They're going to have nights like this, though, where the young and inexperienced guys look young and inexperienced. They're competing, though, and the fact that we're upset about losing a close game to go 6-4 speaks to how crazy the script has flipped on this roster and how high the expectations are they've set for us fans in such a short time. We'll get the Clippers next time.

 

Ultra efficient Harden showed up. That’s the game. The Rockets competed extremely hard but made a few rookie mistakes. I would much rather see Eason instead of Tate for that last defensive possession.
