After a humiliating defeat to the raps and sixers. The rockets come out flying. Yao gets mad and scores 37 on the pistons. T-mac tripple double. Final score rockets 98 - 97 pistons.

 

Rocket Gods, can you please help this team player HARD. Yao don't loose the ball when you get touched!! Tmac, nobody can stop you from getting to the basket, please remember that..

Anyone know if JVG will be calling this game for ESPN?

He didn't hold back his opinion last time he called a Rox game, so I'm curious to hear his take on the Rockets' recent implosion. I bet it pains him to see Mac and Yao play so horribly and the rest of the team pretty much quit two games in a row. There was a lot about Gundy's coaching style I didn't like (namely, his refusal to adjust to the other team's adjustments), but one thing I always appreciated was that he made his team compete each night, each possession.

 

The way they are playing right now I am waiting till the end of the Texans season to get involved with this team. To many high and lows right now. My blood pressure is all over the chart. Get it together fellas this is too good of a team to be .500

 

finally another national tv game...just pretend like those last 2 games didn't happen and the rockets need to come out and play with some heart. I didn't think I'd ever say this, but I'm hoping rafer will play in this one...also hopefully tmac can shake off that ankle injury

 

T-mac DNP due to injury;
Yao will have a decent game;
Steve/James will struggle again against Billups;
No one could stop Wallace;
Crowd will chant JVG;
PPL will start another 20 threads about fire RA and trade t-mac/yao;

 

Just can't get fired up for this one.

We can only hope that Rafer's return is our pilot light (hmmm pun?) and get this team on fire again.

Im optimistic about this game, lets go beat those faggots out of Houston.

 

I dont care if this will be a loss, and probably it will be. I just want to see Yao or Tmac to do the right thing.

 

I think the team that beat the Suns will show up. The Rockets always confound everyone, even their own fans, with their inconsistency. Therefore, a win will be obtained against the Pistons.
