This time the Lakers will prevail ...

The Rockets have beat the Lakers twice this season. Will they repeat their winning way this on Wednesday? I think not.

    (1) Yao is tired. Shaq was humilated the last time they played. If you thinhk Yao will win the battle again, you must be crazy.

    (2) Kobe has returned to his best form. In the last 4 games he piled up 41 assists including one triple double.

    (3) Payton showed his dissatisfaction with his playing time and determined to demonstrate his value. He has been playing much better after the talk.

    (4) The bench has become much more experienced since the last time the Lakers played the Rox. Cook, Grant, and Walton are doing really well coming off the bench backing up the 4 and the 5.

    (5) Rush and Fisher are shooting better as well.

    (6) Rox's backcourt will be their normal self again: shooting 30% and staying away from the inside out game.

Don't tell me that you are not warned ...

I never understand posts like these.

Do people like silentfan, sup123, etc. really take joy in predicting loses??

Are they crying out for attention cause they are angry??

    What???

Maybe they're trolls... although trolls are normally people who go to the superior team's websites and talk smack about them when they lose.

Who'd be inferior to the Rockets to inspire such trollism... Denver?... Phoenix?...

But, I agree... a lot of fans seem to be overjoyed with posting about how bad the Rockets are, rather than trying to come up with a solution that's more reasonable than, "Blow up the team!"

Uhh, I don't think you can contract 'should have' like that.

You need to add ZRB, A-Train and Wnba...

For the other two Lakers vs Houston games, I had a feeling we were going to win, but for some reason I think we're going to lose this one.

I think its because Shaq is going to be way pissed off over the way he got beat last time.
Plus Kobe is starting to play well again.

Also , I've noticed when the Rockets lose a game, they usually lose in streaks like 3 or 4 in a row.

I really, really hope I'm wrong though....

ZRB is the ultimate pessimist but at least I can tell he's a Rockets fan. A-Train just lost his marbles this season. I don't see the reason for WNBA's existence however.

I remember you are a laker fan in a rockets forum, right?:)

That is all right. It is not a good feeling to see a team, which can't beat sonics and mavs, beat your favorite team twice in a season. How about a third time:)

I believe he's a Lakers fan/YOF combo (ouch) on a Rockets forum. That should explain things. ;)

Yeah, I see them losing this one too. Shaq will be dying to eat Yao up, Payton will feed him all day, and Kobe will take care of the fireworks.

I still hold out hope that MoT and JJ will torch them though, their F's are relatively weak.

Hopefully the Rox will see this obvious possibility and heavily overplay the double and triple teams on Shaq. I'd rather have Kobe shooting 20 footers than Shaq posterizing Yao all night.
