    I can pull you up tickets sold numbers that will assure you it's not a problem. Start here in 2019 and sort by percentage of tickets sold: https://www.espn.com/nba/attendance/_/year/2020/sort/homePct You'll find the Rockets do quite well selling tickets.

    The previous owner chose an arena design that involves club level bars all around the first level. Ownership is more than happy to have you sitting at those bars spending that money as opposed to sitting in your seat. It's by design. Hell, the first level has a club next to where the players come out that has card games going on.
