Im thinking we arent ever going to see a consistent closing lineup on this squad and maybe that is a good thing. I think that shows Ime is flexible enough to go with what works against different match ups.

The Rockets have some really good players ahead of him. It sucks that he is not playing many minutes or at all, but man, who do you sit?

If Jabari could just hit shots man, he could play. I dont know why that jump shot is so broke.

until he stop hesitating and thinking too much about his open 3s, he will continue to be a role player at best.

Top notch win tonight. Knicks played hard and the Rockets withstood their run. Amen and Tari are going to be massive this year for us. They terrorize everyone on defense. It's beautiful to watch

I observed FVV do this too close to the end of the game. I was wondering why he was in Jalen's driving lane.

Even though his shot is still bad it does seem like he is more comfortable with it so far this year. Baby steps but it is encouraging

Now that I’ve had time to bask in the phenomenal win, I have to be the d******d who nitpicks again.

FVV takes TOO DAMN LONG to get into our plays. Half the time it seems like we’re moving with 12 seconds on the shot clock, and that runs antithesis to how athletic and dynamic of a core we have. And having Sengun on the floor is no excuse to play slow—we’ve seen time and time again that Alpi can play at any tempo, and he’s an above average leaper in space (I.e. going downhill).

We executed well in the last few minutes, and the ball was mostly in Alpi or Jalen’s hands with Fred bringing it up. But I would take even that part out of the equation and just have Jalen be the primary ball-handler. I am so frustrated watching Fred this season..it almost feels like he’s an archaic holdover from a more boring era

Jalen is a rhythm player. When Fred is on he don't pass to nobody but Sengun. And Ime will ride Fred until the end of time. Jalen needs more touches. Fred needs to recognize jalen needs more touches too.

My Auburn Tigers are playing tthe Coogs there Saturday night. ESPN says we have a 37% chance to win (that's ambitious)...we are breaking in 2 new guards...not ideal. Bruce has scheduled @Houston,Purdue, Ohio St.,@ Duke, Maui Classic against Iowa St. (others include UCONN,Mich.St.,Memphis,Colorado, UNC and Dayton).

It is maddening! FVV is literally a negative threat in the lane most days, so he has to space the floor at least
