Should be good. Ariza could go off against the Hornets.

 

Should be a blow out cause none of the guys want to be in a trade package.

 

I predict a TMAC return and a rest to all of the trade talks! He starts in place of struggling Ariza. TMAC puts up 37pts, 9 asts, 8 rebounds, 2 blks.

Honestly, I expect the team to just come out and go crazy on the Hornets. Just a crazy beat down with absurdly high levels of energy.

 

Scola is probably going to have a sub-par game. He always struggles against David West and David West always goes off against him. However, those other guys don't matchup with us AT ALL. We should win this game, EASY. Hornets are one of the biggest underachievers this season .

 

I wish that could actually happen buddy but sadly it's official now, T-Mac is getting traded. Maybe he will

Here is the latest batch of Magic Numbers after all games were played on <B>December 29</B>.

I had a feeling the Blazers would rally the troops for a few games and then come crashing back to Earth. They dropped a home game to the 76ers. There's nothing particularly damning about that. Good teams lose to bad teams all the time, but I have a feeling the injury wave is about to come crashing down on the Blazers. I could see them as a .500 by the All Star Break.

That's the second loss in a row for the Enver Nuggets. Granted they were back-to-back and to a really good and a decent team. I'm still not sold on the Anthony-Smith-Karl Nuggets. Yes, they made it to the WCF last year with an easy path, but I don't know if they can maintain a top 3 seed pace for the full year. It's still strange to see the Kings competitive and a possible playoff crasher. I guess I'll have to hang up the Suckramento nickname this year. Damn it, Kings, that was one of my favorites.

I'm still not sure what to think of the Schizo Suns. They had such a torrid start, but they've settled down into a very unpredictable pattern. They can lose to the Knicks and then throw a beatdown on the Lakers. They're definitely going to make the Playoffs, barring a blown ACL for Steve Nash, but I'm not sold on them having home court in the first round. Let's see if those old legs can keep up the pace for a full 82 games. And it's always nice to see the Lakers lose. Suck it, Mamba!

Big game for the Rockets tonight. They're hopefully well rested, or at least rested, and they're at home. The Hornets look to be a fringe playoff contender on the outside trying furiously to bust in. However, they're not playing that well right now, and we need to hammer this team at home while they're down. Let's get to work on the tie break advantage on them. It's also a division game, so it has importance for a possible tie break with the Spurs and Mavs.

Rockets are going to come out loose with the McGrady situation no longer grating on them daily. I think we'll roll to a pretty good win.
