We should stay focused and bring out a lot of energy.
We tends to lose the second game of a back to back after a big win the previous night. We blew out Dallas but lost to Hornets and then we blew out Golden State but lost to the Timberwolves. With that said, I am still positive about this game. This is home game and Clippers has a miserable road record.

I think it's time to start Bonzi Wells instead of Chuck Hayes :p

Is there word on Tracy playing in this game?

The Clippers got crushed yesterday by the Mavs. The Rockets keep adding to their misery and win their second in a row.

This game worries me a bit.

Rockets come off a good win in SA, Clips come in after a blowout loss at Dallas. It is the perfect setup for a letdown.

But if they play anything like last night and everybody stays somewhat hot (of course the shot selection has to stay as good as it has been, they just got to keep knocking them down) they might be able to build on that win a produce another. Note that Yao had limited minutes last night because they were actually keeping things under control w/o him...you gotta like his chances to play hard tonight with a little extra energy.

I like how well Wells has tried to contribute to the team...I think the sky is the limit with his improvement, and the like for the Rockets when TMac comes back.

    Rockets 91
    Clippers 87

Yao plays quite well from being benched for the last quarters of the Spurs game. Final score: Houston 91 - LAC 83

    Bank on it.

The Clippers are tanking right now. I'm beginning to think they can't win without Sam, and he's been showing his 37 years of age the last 8-9 games. He is one guy even Rafer should be able to abuse and JL3 will make him look stationary.

We only need a B+ effort to take this game easily. It would be a shame to lose this one after last night. The Rockets shouldn't need Tracy; let's give him another 3 days off until the Pacer game Wednesday.

Back to back is always a issue, though Yao had a good rest last night.

    We be consistent, we win!
