i may appear calm and collected when steve first handles the ball, but i'll be booing and hissing up a storm on the inside.

Houston better win this game going away, as a matter of fact, they need to win the next 5 just to put behind past 4 putrid performances!

I'm guessing "booed". This will be one of the most interesting games in a long time. We're playing a pretty good team at home in the middle of a huge controversy. (huge here, anyway) How the guys play will say volumes about whether Van Gundy's tirade and Francis's bailing on the team has a positive or negative affect... or no affect at all. No affect at all, at this point, might be the worst outcome.

In one of the "Francis skipped a flight" threads, someone just posted that 610 is reporting a cancelled practice today for the team. That doesn't smell good to me.

Francis should be booed. The fans of Houston should simply show him that we aren't going to tolerate that kind of behavior.

I've long defended Francis, but missing a flight to your game after your coach called you out is inexcusable.

With that being said i think it'll be a close game, and Steve will be looking to make some sort of impact tonight.

    Rockets 94

    Bucks - 89

The Rockets cancelled their Wednesday practice, one day after a loss to the Suns. And, one day after conflicting stories from Steve Francis and Jeff Van Gundy as to why Francis missed the team flight to Phoenix.

when you click on the link you'll see the bobby knight story. Click on "Complete Story" and it'll come up with the rockets headline. This is what it says

This team needs to be taken apart for Rockets to reach the next level. Keep Yao, Jim Jackson, Taylor (low post player), Boki (just potential). Use Cato, SF, Cat to get some quality role players with TEAM concept.
