key matchup will be pf. Cato and Maurice are probably gonna get schooled by randolph and SAR. But yao will carry us to a win, hopefully.

This will be a huge game for us and I really hope that we can win this out. Blazers has won last five games on road.

Will be a tough one but Rox will win by 5 points, 80: 75.

Hope my first poster will bring some luck.

if we play the jvg's half court bball, keep feeding yao and keep passing the ball, we should win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! plz plz plz <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_17_4.gif' border=0></a>

the key to win is that we score more points than the always trailing. wow!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_1_200.gif' border=0></a>

A win tomorro will put us much much MUCH closer to a playoff berth, as if we win we will have a 5 game edge on portland with only 24 games to go, so say we go a mediocre 12-12 in those last 24 games, porland has to go 17-7 in those same games to end up in a tie with us and if one of those 12 games that we win after tomorrow is the game at portland, portland would need to go 18-6, as we could have the tiebreaker over them. So tomorrows game is quite important.

I really feel like we're overmatched in this game. Ratliff seems to be able to shut Yao down and DS seems to have career nights against us. No one on our team can stop ZR either.

Plus, I don't think 1 night is enough rest for Yao considering our recent stretch.

If Steve and Cat (especially Steve) can get it going offensively, maybe we'll have a chance but I'm not optimistic.

This is going to be a really tough game. If we play like we did against the Cavs and the Hawks, we're going to get blown out. The Blazers have a talented, deep team. I think we have to be at the top of our game for 48 minutes to beat them, and we aren't too consistant at that, are we.

Everyone was high on Boozer before and after the last game (you know, let's get him this summer!). Randolph, a hot topic here before the deadline, will show us what he's got. And considering who we have at the 4, we'll most likely be having more threads about trying to get him this summer (somehow).

Their defense wasn't that great, but that was before the trade. Ratliff had 9 blocks against the Magic! We need to shut them down and have one of our high scoring games. This will be a well rested team with more practices to integrate the new players.

I think we lose this one. I hope I'm wrong.

Ratliff is like a younger version of Dikembe. He can't score, but he can defend his man and block shots as well as anyone in the league including Ben Wallace.

The matchup with Portland is not in our favor. We don't have anyone who can guard Zach Randolph. Theo Ratliff has handled Yao pretty well this season. In order for the Rockets to win, Cat and JJ has to step up and have big offensive games and Steve needs to make at least 45% of his shots.

Cato can stop Randolph's post up game, because Randolph can't overpower his defender like he is used to

I think the biggest matchup problem for us will be at the 3, cuz JJ gives up so much size to SAR (if SAR starts, which would be a smart thing for Portland to do)

However, I think Cat and Yao will carry us through to a win, 95-83

At least the Blazers don't have Wesley Person anymore. If I recall, he's the one who led the 4th quarter comeback in Houston earlier this season in that game the Rockets almost blew against Portland.

As long as KC KOs ZR, SF minimizes his TOs, CM shuts down DA (or RP), YM limits his PFs, and the RB plays D on QW, DD, and the other PTBs, we'll be OK. If not, we're SOL.

This will start the fall from the playoffs:

    Blazers: 109
    Rockets: 83

The Blazers win on a 45-11 fourth quarter.

They don't have a good center. What we must do tomorrow is to get Yao the ball. Yao is reliable in the paint.
    We win: Rox: 101
    Blz: 88
