    Look at all of this optimistic predictions. Makes me want to cry. I want to predict the Rox to win but my predictions are always wrong. I don't want to be wrong :(

    Steve needs to continue the good defensive play. And haters don't say that he wasn't guarding Billups.

    Anyway, they will have a problem with the powerforward position again, but I don't think it will stop them from winning

    3 game winning streak going into this game. So far we are doing a good job protecting our home court which I really like. Hope this continues.

    It will be interesting to see what adjustments the Rockets make in playing the Blazers. Yao has had some solid games over the last few so hopefully he will keep it up.

    How to deal with Portland's double team is the key to this game.

    However, we always have trouble facing Jailblazer. We lost 4 straight against them (including preseason).

    We always have trouble w/ the JailBlazers. If they can hold Wallace and Randolph, they can maybe squeeze it out.

    Mindless pessimism.

    Portland is a different team on the road, winless so far this year.

    Houston, playing like ass, nearly beat them at home two weeks ago.

    A marginally better than ass performance should be enough, so I will predict the Rockets and give 7 points.

    Rockets will win. I'm already looking ahead to the 2 games against the Spursm in which I'm hoping for a split at least.

    Wow, the win streak has ushered in a new wave of optimism, haven't seen so many win predictions in a while.

    I would really like to have this win, because we pretty much gave the last one against the blazers away. I still flinch when I think about the Mobley knocking a rebound away from Yao and they sealing the game.

    We have to consistently beat teams like portland to be in the elite.

    We win. Trailblazers have yet to get a win on the road and I don't think they'll get their first against us. The thing that killed us last time we faced them was rebounding. They absolutely killed us in rebounds. I think this time around will be different, and we'll control the boards. Yao seems like he's coming into his own and I think he'll be productive again, and I expect MoT to provide some good offense off the bench unlike last time we faced them when he seemed a little rusty coming off the suspension. Plus our offense seems to be flowing pretty well and minus the inbound problems we had last game and the small Francis snap in the 4th, we would of blown out the Pistons. I don't expect the same mistakes we had last time against the Blazers this time around.

    the ROX always do the opposite of what i say so i'm gonna say they'll LOSE ...ha ha ha ha ;)
