Not excited for this one the way the Rockets have been playing lately. Hopefully we start playing good defense again.

A must win. Yes, a must win. First, because of playoff seeding ramifications obviously. But also because if the Rockets drop this, they'll have not only lost 3 in a row which is a very rare thing for this team in the last 2 seasons, but they could be facing a 5 or 6 game losing streak given their next 3 are at Memphis, at San Antonio, and home for Washington(on a B2B).

I'm not going to lie, I was down on Portland coming into this season, but I was wrong . This team is really good. With how we've been playing, this might be over by halftime.

If Howard and Harden play, then I disagree. This team, and the fans who bought tickets to this game, are ready to let Portland know what's up.

I feel sorry for all the quiet people at the Toyota Center, because us real Rockets fans are about to turn it up.

Rest H&H, both are a season ending injury waiting to happen and they need to stop lying about Howard's injury because either he's being a p***y or it's more serious than reported!!

    Blowout loss, 125-99

Very true. In addition to that, a defeat at this juncture would be a big psychological blow which can create doubt in the minds of our team.

Our team has made a lot of gains despite big odds, and they must remember that when they go out on the court.

We have to have a game plan, and make adjustments in order to overcome the mismatch problems that LMA and Lillard cause us.

This is a return playoff game for us. I believe we can win it, but we will have to play a perfect game.

Howard can do it, and so can Harden.

    Go Houston Rockets!

Did you see Howard during the first quarter last night? He looked tired and was sweating while everyone else wasn't. He looks like a guy who just came back from injury, so he might look a little sluggish at times. Let him get in shape. If he is hurting in any way, I am sure the Rockets would wait until he fully recovers before they play him.

This was his stat line last night:
    19 points on 7-10 shooting
    5-6 FT (83.3333%)
    11 rebounds
    5 assists
    2 steals
    1 block
    4 turnover (cough fouls)
    42 minutes

I think you just like to complain. We lost, get over it.

24/16 and 4 blocks against tat Denver shooting 10/15 from the FT line
26 (9-11)/13 and 3 blocks vs the Nuggets
    17/13/3 vs the Pelicans

Nothing better than pure hate to motivate the Rockets into playing at their best levels.

Yup. If they can't get going for this one, then I'll have concerns.

We can do it, no matter who starts/sits. Are we already forgetting the massacre in Memphis when we were down some major players? Team basketball can win games along withj just focusing on making stops.
