-It was def. an encouraging display of the new confidence and power Dorsey seems to have gotten from the ol' D-league. ;)

-Chuck Norris was so impressed he stood up and threw a few Total Gyms out onto the Memphis court.

i'm worried he was just hyped up because he was back in memphis and this was a fluke....i know he has the skills, i just hope he keeps the same mentality after this game..

No need for a trade, we have our own amare, howard or shaq prototype secret weapon.

Clutch, was the "take away his passport" part a joke or did it really happen?

I'm glad he showed some life out there. His feel for the game is horrible (ala Gerald Green) and that's why I wrote him off before this season. But hopefully he's learning.

Next will be consistency. I will gladly eat crow if he can help this team.

That block at 1:20 was pretty awesome and emphatic. Being a Rockets fan, you don't often get to see highlight blocks like that, good stuff!

hadnt watched the vid, but looking at it now i'm not sure what the fuzz is all about. He did what was expected, including a few mistakes. HE's shown he can rebound when he gets time, he did well in the preseason rebounding even in limited minutes. He's suppose to get putbacks and be able to dunk the ball when set up.

He had trouble catching one pass and then got away with a 3 second call. That's pretty much the kind of metnal mistakes you also expect and the reason why he hasn't stuck.....i still expect him to do a decent job if given minutes, but i just don't see anything new or different.

Dorsey talks a lot different now, in earlier interviews he talked with a huge ego, overconfident and cocky. Now he sounds more down to earth, I like that. That block was great by the way, should've made at least the highlights of the whole game, as a side video or the nba top 10.

Really proud of Joey. Good for him, hope to see more of him out there, we could realy use more of that toughness!

Sure we will. Dorsey is totally the next Howard. All the way.

I'd be happy if he could not suck on a regular basis. Flame me now and in a few months we'll see if justification happens. Or something.
