That means if you do not make your pick before the 12:00 PM CDT games start then you can make it before the 3:00 PM games start or the night game or the MNF game. If you have picked a team and the game has started then you are locked in and cannot switch that pick. If you wait or are delayed and the remaining teams that are playing have already been picked by you then you are automatically out. It's to your benefit to pick early but maybe this will help out some.
