How come all clutchfan made rockets' game highlights are being deleted by youtube admin? All recent clutchfan videos about houston rockets are being deleted. Does post hightlights on youtube violate the copyright of NBA? Does anyone know that?
Yes it does, but someone has to protest it to alert You Tube to the problem. All highlights and even the videos that R2K does are copyright viloations. DD
This is totally true. The NBA has been kind enough to not bother us about them, but like I have said before, the second they notify me to cease and desist...those vids are a goner. I dont mind doing this for others, but I aint paying a fine or going to court over them.
Maybe you could get around the law by claiming fair usage (i.e. for educational purposes). I don't the law well enough to follow through though.
i think nba is kind enough, i mean you see highlights and mixes all over the web. look at mlb, theres literally no highlights whatsoever on youtube, those ass**** on mlb even copyrighted the video where the little girl at the phillies game throwing the foul ball away, i mean come on
