They have no one to contain Yao. Mo T will have a strong showing and T Mo will play big minutes guarding KG.

we're due for a letdown. the fans are high on these last few wins. the rockets will get cocky for this game, and then lose.

98-85 minnesota takes it. we see the francis/mobley iso offense and ming gets six shots.

I say Rox by 4 in OT.

After the last two games have gone against the Rox, I see KG coming out seeking revenge and having a monster game on MoT and Eddie. But, I think Stevie saves us down the stretch and in the OT.

A playoff like game. Wish Rox can bring their playoff urgency.

"I think passing is a very unique art. I enjoy it. I hope others do, too. I think it brings teammates together. Tonight we had many assists (30), and you can see what it did for us." --- Yao Ming after smoking the Timberwolves last week

I hope "art" don't die again w/ the Rox  .

    :D :D :D

    LOL!

The more this happens, the better. It will teach the guards to share.

Whether we win or NOT tomorrow, it s more important to see the commitment of the guards to play TEAM ball. If they do I will be glad. and BTW if we play TEAM BALL 90% of the time we will win.

    So true.

No shame in losing to the Timberpuppies in Minnesota. I just want to see us play like we have played the last two games. Move the ball around, get Yao involved and make your open shots damnit!

Yep. And those 10% of game we lose will be close games (winnable).

You will be able to say, "We did everything right, but still lost." Those are the nights you get beat by a better team.

This is a lot different than beating yourself (iso, turn-overs, and forced shots).

The outcome of this game is predictable.

Follow the inside-out game plan utilizing Yao Ming and crisp passing -- we win. Follow the dribble, dribble drive into the teeth of the defense non-game plan -- we lose.

thumbs is right. It's pretty simple. We can only hope that the Rox have learned big lessons from the last 2 games.

It is pretty simple...but I don't think the Rockets can execute on the road. I hope they can...but they probably won't...the inconsistency! And the Twolves will want revenge!
    Troy Hudson vs. Steve Francis
Steve Francis DOMINATES easily. Troy Hudson is pretty good but is worst at the point than Stevie. Steve shall be very good if he does not have any headaches or illnesses.
    Steve Francis is better!
    Wally Sczerbiak!!! vs. Cuttino Mobley
If Cuttino continues to get it...and plays excellent defense like he always does without fan support...Cuttino should do better! Except Wally is a good shooter. He doesn't seem to shoot the ball enough. He is doing pretty well coming back from the injury.
This should be an even matchup.
    Nobody vs. James Posey
James Posey will hopefully do better than 5 points and no steals and 4 rebounds tomorrow. He is great and provides a lot of energy. Hopefully he can do well against Nobody.
James Posey shall win the feud against Nobody without Joe Smith!
Kevin Garnett vs. Eddie Griffin and Maurice Taylor
Kevin Garnett of course is better than both of them together, but if we can hold him to 14 points, fabulous! Probably not...but we can try. Hopefully Eddie is still feeling it...and hopefully Mo will have another 18 points!!! But these are all hopefullys...cuz the Rockets are inconsistent while Kevin Garnett is the man. He always does everything.
    Kevin Garnett wins this category.
    Yao Ming vs. LALA NESTEROVIC!!!
Yao Ming!! YAO MING!! I love it. Yao should still be delighted about the wonderful Chinese Lunar New Year. He will be feeling elated and will just win. If we can let him operate down low...and if he scores...and CONTINUES TO SCORE...and they finally double team him...and he makes nice passes...we shall win!!!
Yao Ming definitely is better than THE SLOVENIAN! He can shoot though.
I am still not sure if the Rockets can win on the road. If they do, I will be overjoyed!!! But I am not sure if they will win...

    Good luck Rockets!!!

We seem to be on a hot streak now. If our guards stick to the game plan and avoid iso plays, we should win going away. TWolves has no one who can stop Yao. With Joe Smith out, their front line will be even weaker.

Rox make it 3 in a row, 105 to 92. Another double-double for our big guy and SF continues his brilliant play with 8 assists.

If houston wins tommorow, that will put us back to no.6 in west and 1/2 game behind Utah. Both Utah and Phoenix lost today.
