    wow.. that was the 1st time I was first.. So i will give a detailed synopsis..


    Yao will have problems this game. Utah is smart. They will double him every time. They will leave Eddie wide opened for jumpers. Eddie will go 2-7, 4 rebs, 5 pts.

    Mobeley will do better but shoot ourselves out of the game. 7-20 FG.

    Francis will get frustrated and try to go one on 5.

    Old man Malone will dominate and Flopton will pick us apart. Our D will make Harpring, Cheany, Kirlenko look like super stars.

    The Jazz knocked the Rockets out of the playoffs in '97 and '98. If the Jazz win tonight does that mean they knocked the rockets out of the playoffs in '03 too?

    it's been too long since we beat tht jazz. if we win this one, it'll be like the BEST sex ever! it'll be like dislodging that one stubborn booger that's been up there for a long ass time. it will be soooo satisfying! but most likely...

    I have to admit, I can't imagine losing this one.

    Can you? Can you even begin to imagine the team's reaction if we get taken out of 8th seed so early and on a 4 game losing streak?

    I can't imagine. To me, it's like one of those things that you don't believe will happen just because you cannot even draw the image in your head.

    The Jazz are old and even though they had time off during the All Star break, they can't keep up. Neither can Yao or Francis. The Rockets rely on Cato and Mo Taylor and Mobley and Posey to shut down Calbert Cheaney and Matt Harpring.

    Rockets win 89-84.

    we have to win this one (but most likely we're not) and the next one..because we'll e on a 3 game losing streak starting next week cuz we got LAL..then Phoenix the next night..then Dallas... it couldn't get any tougher than this.. my god..we might be under .500 ... :rolleyes:

    Maybe it is best that we lose this game...I think that with a loss we would reach the absolute low of the year without a doubt. That would force the Rockets to do some sort of soul searching, maybe a trade, and perhaps show a flair. Although I am hoping for a win (I think a win would perhaps do the same thing for the team) I wouldnt take a loss as badly as other people.

    LETS DO IT!

    its time for the rockets to step up tonight. If we can pull off the win tonight in Utah (something we haven't done in many many years) it will make up for last nights blunder and will give us the spark we need to contiue the quest for the playoffs. This team can do it. I know they are capable of it. They have hit a low point and will bounce back. They can do it. We need the fans to bring some good karma. enough of this negative bull****. **** all you bandwagon bastards. LETS DO IT!
