I predict Steve will take over the game as he did in the last matchup between these two teams. I also predict that Yao will play fairly well against a big frontcourt. I see the biggest problem coming from the lack of scoring options we will have.

    I am a Rockets fan.

I predict that I will be there in the nosebleed seats cheering the Rockets on like nobody's business.

I can't wait. I haven't seen the Rockets play live since they lost in Portland, 92-79. They were down f***ing 24-9 after the first quarter. I predict that this game is going to be a hell of a lot better.

I can't wait!!! I will give you a full recap when I get home on Wednesday!

I am going to bet that Rudy gave the team an earful after the last game, and they'll come out VERY strong in this one. It'll get close late, and the Rockets will pull away in the end.

I sure hope that Rice still have his hot shooting hands. So he can abuse Pip.

i think rice will continue his hot shooting and drop 15 on the blazers who will still be high from their afternoon smoke out session.

rasheed will get no Ts cuz he will have smoked a dimesack of KB before the game and he will be a non-factor.

ming will have a turn around game and go 15/8/2blks.

and francis same old badass self.

This game will be another good test for the team, and, more specifically, Rudy. Despite everyone's clamoring over his use of Moochie in that game I think the fact taht he didn't go to the zone even sooner in the first half was just as detrimental to the loss.

If the team plays like crap coming out again, then we can't blame him of course, but I think it will be interesting to see if his gameplan has changed any since the last time we played the Blazers and to also see how Mo Cheeks has changed his plan.

I admitted I was a Rice hater. But his being the third all-time 3pointer does give him the chance to prove himself. He did have a impressive performance in the Clippers game. He showed he still got that post-up game.

I will be in houston for this one, so I can see it on tv. :D It's about time. ch51...hmm.
I see Rice..(cause i am hoping) having the hot touch from outside, he will start slow, missing first 2 from beyond and then from there shoots around 55% from beyond for 18pts.
Close game, looks like a loss..but rockets come back and win it.

We have a tough four-game road trip coming up. Let's start it with a win. :)

If my memory serve me good, I remember Griffin shutdown Wallace last time. Just do it again, then we stand good chance.

We should start Cato first and foremost before introducing Yao Ming into the court... that will make things better...

Put Rice into #2, cuz he had a good game; and Mobley will be in the bench...

should we put Griffin into small forward? I am not sure...

The rest will be set as MoT and Steve will usually start off...

I predict Yao will take over the game as he did in the Mav game. I also predict Steve will play fairly well against a smaller backcourt. I see the biggest advantage coming from realization that teamwork is much better than ISO.

    I am a Rocket fan. :p
