We beat Denver and we will crush Toronto!

 

The return of Thomas and Rice, along with a sellout crowd, will energize the almost lifeless Rockets. Yao will see his first serious minutes, and Collier will see his first serious pine time(of the season).

Rockets by 12.

 

Lets hope that Rudy was just priming Yao for his breakout game tomorrow. Yao is not going to learn anything playing 10 mins a game. Hopefully that crowd will indeed boost his confidence level.

I think NBA.com is offering free audio league pass for the season.

I was able to pick up the Denver game with ease. Of course, audio league pass may be one week free just like nba league pass.

I think the Toronto game will have a feed from nba.com

 

I hope so ZRB what are they playing Collier for. What does Rudy think that playing Collier to win, is more important then giving Ming playing time.

As average as Ming has been playing. I think Ming blindfolded would give you a better chance at winning then Collier.

 

I am hoping that this is just a last ditch effort from Rudy to see if Collier will be a decent player. So far, Collier is proving his worth, or lack thereof.

 

Ming should've gotten all of Collier's minutes tonight.

Hakeem is retired. He is announcing it officially on November 9th, and his jersey will be raised to the rafters of The Summit.

 

Im kind of glad Hakeem doesnt have to play against Hakeem. Because he is pretty much his replacement. I dont think anybody would want Yao Ming to dunk on him or anything. (If Ming is capable of that). He He just kidding.

 

So KT and Rice are returning for the Raptors game? That would be sweet! We could see a big game from Rice, he'll be excited about finally playing, playing at home, and given a chance to prove he is ready to be a big producer. Of course KT will be KT, the Rocks should be in great shape! Hopefully, cross your fingers!

 

from what i understand, rice could be out for awhile. 610 was saying it would be more of the same from last year and to develop nachbar with rice's minutes

Collier is out there primarily as a pf since KT & MT are out. when they get back, he'll be there just in case Cato & Yao get into foul trouble. As long as he can develope an occasional bad hang nail, he'll have an insurance spot on the roster this year.

 

After Cato starts tonight I would like to auction off my Shut Heypartner up for a day coupon to the highest bidder. All procedes go to the Clutch tip jar.

 

I hope that 610 is wrong about Rice. I don't know how much longer the Rockets can keep winning with Cat and Francis playing 48 minutes lol. Kenny will be a lot of help, but I think Rice is just the guy to help us right now. I couldn't believe how much better he looked and shot before the Nuggets game. Hopefully all is well.
