Without trying to ask you for specifics I was wondering if maybe I could beat around the bush and ask you a few questions that would not give anything away? If so, here are a few questions that alot of posters would probably like to know. Just answer the questions you think are prudent: 1) Is "the deal" good for the Rockets in the short term or long term? 2) Is the deal actually a trade of players or just dealing with picks? 3) Do you think there is a good chance of it happening or is it a long shot? 4) If it is a player then is it a "sleeper" kind of trade or is it a blockbuster deal? 5) How long have the talks gone on? Again, I don't want you to say anything that gives away your source or the actual deal so if you don't want to answer then I'm sure everyone will understand. I totally understand keeping your sources a secret. I posted back in February that Mo was coming to Houston from a source in LA and I felt a little leary about giving that kind of info before something actually had happened. Thank God Mo did sign or my source would have probably had my head. ------------------

I'm not Clutch, but go back and read the posts the last few days. I think the answer to that question at least is fairly obvious. ------------------ President of the Jason Collier and Mo Taylor fan club! Draftsource.net ClutchTown.com
What was the original deal Clutch Posted, someone help me, im dying to know. ------------------ "Kenny, The Basketball scientist, Whoo Hoo." Charley B, on TNT
1) Maybe 2) Could be one, the other or both 3) 50/50 4) It is either a sleeper or a blockbuster. 5) Not long, but a while. How is that for vague? I was actually just trying to make a point. It is very possible that there are a variety of scenarios at work here that could involve any and all possibilities. From what I know, NOTHING is set and EVERYTHING is in flux. There are a dozen different possibilities and it is possible NONE of them could work. Sorry I couldn't be more specific but it is impossible to be specific about anything at this point because there are just too many possibilities. So, all any of us can do is wait, unfortunately. ------------------ I am very very sleepy.
Yeah Clutch plz answer a few of these questions. ------------------ When 1 door closes another 1 open; but we so often look so long & so regretfully on da closed door, that we dont see the ones that be opening for us - alaskanSnowman
Trust me, I don't think you'll have long to wait. Hehe... ------------------ "I personally don't think Jordan would have enjoyed playing with himself." -- JeffB lets us all know that Popeye and Clutch aren't the only ones with inside sources... (also an example of a BBS "sound-bite")
Jeff, just say the deal and then delete your post. That way no one will know. ------------------ President of the Moochie Norris fan club.
