from the recap: Carlos made Rudy look foolish for not playing him all season, and quite frankly, when Carlos plays, when doesn't he make the lack of playing time look foolish? His hustle in the fourth was a big factor, though the box wouldn't reflect it too much. 5 points, 2 boards an an assist. Well said, Clutch. Everyone talks about how if Cato could do this or that, he'd be perfect for this team -- well C-Rog, while not quite providing the size that Cato brings to the table, is the same kind of player (tall and athletic, can get up and down the floor) but with way, way better hands and ability to finish around the basket and about ten times the enthusiasm / energy. He really plays well with all of the young guys on the team. ------------------
I wish those two guys werent so injury prone. If Carlos wasnt getting injured all the time I'm sure he would make a great backup center. ------------------ "The Holocaust was an obscene period in our nation's history. I agree whole-heartedly. I think he's the best on the team at moving without the basketball. I've always thought we should play him more. If nothing else, play him & Cato or him & KT at the same time. ------------------ Founding Father of the Refs Suck Club
I've been saying that all season...everytime I see Los out there, he is hustling his a*s off! Why doesn't he get more playin time? BTW..as noted in another thread, being stoned doesn't keep you from hustling, just look at Los! ------------------
